Documentaries

I handled every aspect of the Cheyeb documentary, from research and planning to filming and editing. The film tells the story of a seasonal worker who, after years of being laid off, found stability as a farmer with Wallah We Can. Through his dedication and hard work, he eventually rose to lead the farm. His journey mirrors the 1,700-year-old legend of The Harvester of Makthar, a tale passed down through generations in his hometown.

Awareness session on hygiene, menstruation, and breast cancer

For Wallah We Can’s Ecolibree project, I filmed a three-hour awareness session for rural women on breast cancer, menstrual hygiene, and cervical cancer. The result is a 10-minute educational video with 2D animations introducing each topic and key statistics. Filming interviews with rural women was challenging due to the taboos, but ultimately rewarding.

The impact of afterschool clubs on students

For a reportage on afterschool clubs in a school in Makthar, North Tunisia, I documented how these initiatives transformed the lives and attitudes of children. Through preproduction, filming, and editing, I created a narrative showcasing the clubs’ impact on fostering creativity, confidence, and social skills among the students. Capturing candid moments and interviews with the children highlighted the positive change in their outlook on education and community.
